Rotherham United boss Alan Stubbs says Izzy Brown needs to be happy for his quality to show onto the pitch.
'I've come across Izzy for a number of years from when he was playing under twenty-one football and he was always a player of high ability,' said Stubbs.
'He's trained with the first team at Chelsea and you don't do that unless they think highly of you. And he's been to Dutch side Vitesse which didn't really go the way Izzy, and the club, would have liked but it was experience for him.
'I've had numerous chats with him before he came here about what we could do for Izzy Brown as well as speaking to Chelsea about how we could help develop him so that when he goes back there he's a much better player for the experience.
'When he came he wasn't match fit which you could see and he was just about getting to sixty minutes and he was starting to blow. Now he's still going towards the end. Moving inside has helped him and he's much fitter now.
'At the moment he's enjoying himself here and he's got a smile on his face and he is the type of player who needs to be happy. If he's happy then that carries forward into the game.
'You know he's made a big jump very quickly. He was doing very well at West Brom then Chelsea bought him for a lot of money for a young lad and some players can take a bit of time to adjust with that step up as well as moving to London and earning more money. 'I believe he can have an impact not only on this team but on the Championship as well and I think he's got every chance of playing at the highest level.'
