Christian Atsu linked to Monchengladbach
According to GhanaSoocerNet, Monchengladbach are the latest club to be interested in the signing of winger Christian Atsu.
According to reports, sporting director Max Eberl is eager to have the Ghana international at the club in the German topflight.
The 24-year old returned to Chelsea from his loan spell at Malaga and joined Chelsea on tour in Austria, where he made his Chelsea debut after signing in 2013. Unfortunately, Atsu was not selected to join the squad in the States and now is the subject of a series of links to other clubs.
Atsu went on his best loan spell since Vitesse last season to La Liga side Malaga, where he played 12 times and scored twice. The first coming on his debut. Atsu spoke well of the league, environment and Malaga and there were hopes he would sign permanently with Malaga.
However, there is no movement on that front. Malaga signed a new manager and that could have affected his plans to stay. Other clubs also being linked with Atsu are Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
