Farewell to Papy Djilobodji
Chelsea have today [Friday] confirmed the sell of Papy Djilobodji to Premier League side Sunderland in an increasdible reported £8m fee.
Djilobodji spent a year as a Chelsea player, after signing from Ligue 1 side Nantes in France for a reported £2.7m.
He played just 1 game for Chelsea before being loaned to Werder Bremen, scoring twice and scored the last goal of the season to save Werder Bremen from relegation.
He came back to Chelsea and went on tour with new boss Conte in Austria, but missed out on the tour of the States. We wish all the best to [former] loanee Djilobodji.
