Papy Djilobodji loses his passport!?
According to Galsenfoot, the reason new Chelsea boss Conte did not pick defender Papy Djilobodji to the tour of America was because Papy had lost his passport!
Papy started for Chelsea in Austria against Rapid from Vienna and WAC. With Chelsea lacking experienced centre backs, it was expected he would travel with them to the States.
Galsenfoot say that Papy lost his passport and that was the reason he was not selected. It's a disappointment, if true. Papy will now miss out on the International Champions Cup against better teams. He will continue to train with Chelsea back at Cobham, where other loanees are.
