Eintracht Frankfurt survived the Bundesliga by the skin of their teeth, finishing 16th and having to go through relegation playoffs.

"In the present situation, no high investments [can be made]", Frankenbach explained to German daily FAZ. "We have to look to find players who anywhere else would not come to just train at a top club. We have already had contact with Manchester City and Chelsea. With such teams, loan deals are a good option and promise advantages for both sides."

Lucas Piazon spent a season Eintracht Frankfurt during the 2014/15, but it wasn't highly successful. Whether they can secure more Chelsea loanees is yet to be seen, but if Chelsea wish to send any players to the Bundesliga, they can count on Eintracht Frankfurt.
