Ostersund chairman: Chelsea rate Jamal Blackman highly
Jamal Blackman spent the last couple of months on loan at Ostersund FK and chairman Daniel Kindberg says Chelsea have high hopes for Jamal Blackman.
"Chelsea was of course in contact with us and watched him. They kept a close eye on him.
"They have high hopes that he will grow into a good goalkeeper."
He added: "They signed a 4.5-year contract with him and so they have to manage him."
