More bad news for Papy Djilobodji
Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji is to be investigated by German public prosecutors for his throat-slitting gesture in March against a Mainz winger.
The centre-back already apologised and served a 2 match ban with a €15,000 but senior public prosecutor Frank Passade told German newspaper Bild that he will be investigated: “We’re investigating a Werder player for threatening behaviour.” (which is ridiculous)
Werder Bremen's Sporting director Eichin says the club will deal with any legal implications after their final game of the season.
