PSV looking to secure van Ginkel on a permanent basis

PSV Eindhoven general manager Toon Gerbrands admits there is a chance his club can secure the permanent signing of Marco van Ginkel.

"We had a good chance to get him and he’s enjoying himself here," he said. "Will we do everything to keep him? Based on the signals I have received, yes, but we are not yet in talks with Chelsea."

Van Ginkel returned to his homeland after a loan spell at Premiere League side Stoke City. He has since showed how far he has developed since he left Vitesse for Chelsea in the summer of 2013, scoring an impressive eight goals from 12 Eredivisie appearances.
