Humble 19-year-old Jeremie Boga sat down with ouest-france to discuss Rennes travelling to Boga's former club Marseille, a club he supported, joined as a youth and the city in which he was born and raised. As well as his debut season as a professional, his contacts with Chelsea and more. Much appreciation to the brilliant Joostna for bring this to my attention.
Jeremiah play against Marseille it remains necessarily a special match for you?
"Yes it is true that playing OM, it remains special for me. It always makes me a little something, because I was born there, and it's still kind of my heart club."
Playing at the Velodrome, this will be a first for you?
"Yes. I have been here but as a spectator. We will say that it's a childhood dream. For now, I expect to be there.I do not realize yet, but I think to trample the lawn, it will really be a dream for me. I have not yet seen the new Velodrome, only images on TV. When I was young, I went with my brother and friends. I can not wait to set foot on this land."
You go there with the ambition to take the three points? "We're going there to get a result. We know that at home, they are not the best, so we will try to give the maximum to get the three points of victory. It's playable, even though it's still a big team. It is expected a big game from them."
The particular context with fans, unhappy with the results, it can be an advantage for you?
"I do not know. It's true that OM has always had its supporters behind him, we'll see how it goes Sunday. But that's not really our problem. We, we focus on ourselves and on our performance."

Marked with Rennes against OM it's also figure dream for you?
"Enter a goal against Marseille at the Velodrome, that would truly unforgettable. I'm on the ground to be decisive so if I have the opportunity to play, I will give the best of myself. If I score, it will be celebration and low profile, are both simultaneously. I have many friends in the stands, there will be family, friends, former coaches. I do not take my head, I put myself no particular pressure and I take it as any other match of Ligue 1."
he goal against Lyon was finally attributed to Rafael. How do you see this?
" It does not matter, the most important is that we have scored and we managed to equalize. I think the shot was on the pole, or framed, I do not know. Regardless, it is always good to be decisive, even if the goal finally me not awarded. As I said, my goal is to be decisive in every game."
How do you your season so far?
"There have been ups and downs. I try to always keep smiling, and I remain patient. Paulo Ferreira follows me always, it is often called to discuss, to talk about my benefits. We talked, he told me to be patient. It's hard not to have the game time I wanted to start the season, but I continue to give my all in training, to work hard."
How do you see your use in the team? At what position do you feel most comfortable?
"We will say that the position of center forward, it's not really my job, but I always tried to give the best to help the team at that position. On the left or 10 side, these are the positions where people will say I feel best."
