Cuadrado: 'Juve have regrets'
Juan Cuadrado says he has regrets after Juventus nearly put in a superb performance against giants Bayern Munich in their Champions League Last 16s knockout game, in which they lost 4-2 on the night and 6-4 on aggregate).
The Colombian calmly slotted in Juve's second and put in a decent display, offering great support on the counter. However, he was subbed off with 20 minutes to go and Juve crumbled under Bayern's pressure.
“There are regrets after such a great performance for over an hour. Football is like that, there were two minutes left to go before they equalised,” Cuadrado told Sky Sport Italia.
“It will help us grow and it’s understandable to lose to a great side like Bayern Munich. Now we have to focus on Serie A.
“There are moments when things go your way, others when they don’t, but you need the strength to get over it because life goes on.”
