Catalan giant rumoured to be scouting Christensen
Rumours seem to never end if you're name is Andreas Christensen. This week, Mundo Deportivo are reporting that Barcelona are "in love" with Chelsea's Danish international.
Barcelona have neglected investing in a centre back for years, but reports suggest the summer transfer window is where that will all change. Interest in Marquinhos, Aymeric Laporte and John Stones are strong. Andreas Christensen now seems to be added to that list.
Mundo Deportivo points out that Barcelona already had him on their radar at the time, but Chelsea were able to secure the player at the age of 16. They also boldly claim that Barcelona technical director Robert Fernandez and his scouts have watched Christensen in action in their several trips to the Bundesliga.
It's been a fantastic season for Andreas. Let's hope Chelsea can fend off interest for their prized possession.
